The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development is a premier organisation of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises ,engaged in training, consultancy, research, etc. in order to promote entrepreneurship. The major activities of the Institute are Training of Trainers, Management Development Programmes, Entrepreneurship-cum-Skill Development Programmes, Entrepreneurship Development Programmes and Cluster Intervention. The Institute has conducted a total of 15525 different Training programmes,till January, 2015, covering 399200 participants which includes 173 International programmes with 2832 participants from more than 125 countries.
